At Downe Health Spa, we use Repêchage products in all of our beauty therapies.
When we started Downe, we spent over a year researching the various spa therapy and cosmetic ranges available to us. We wanted a product range that would fit with our focus upon well being and healthy living and would enable us to deliver an excellent standard of therapy and cosmetic after care. We wanted a product range that we would be proud to associate with Downe.
We selected Repêchage through a decision process that rated three of the leading brands quite closely. In the event, we were more than delighted with the performance of the Repêchage product range. In the jargon of today’s management gurus, it “delighted us by exceeding our expectations”. In more conversational terms, we were just bowled over by the product, it was much, much better that we had realised when we made the decision to select Repêchage.
A few years after starting to use Repêchage products at Downe, we created Downe’s “on-line-store” primarily to supply Repêchage products to our clients who, after experiencing the products at Downe, asked us to supply Repêchage products to them for their continuing use at home.
Our objective was to make their purchasing of Repêchage products following a visit to Downe simple and trouble free. We wanted to provide an excellence of customer service when supplying Repêchage products that matched the excellence of the products. What has happened is that through our ”On-line-store” we now supply Repechage products to many people throughout the UK who have not visited Downe.
